Ingredients:
  • 1 package of thawed brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup of chopped butternut squash
  • 1 tbsp. chopped almonds
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:

 In a  nonstick skillet preheat to medium heat. place olive oil vegetables in skillet along with water, cover and cooked until fork tender, top with chopped almonds and serve.
